I too notice that I am feeling satisfied with less food now that I am being more mindful. I brought less food for lunch today and noticed that I was satisfied with less. It makes me think about the salad that I will prepare for lunch tomorrow and how big I will make it.
My credits include: * read my ARCs * ate three healthy meals * didn't eat in my car on the way home from grocery shopping * have set up a walking partner when I return to work in a week * organized my work so that I wasn't feeling overwhelmed which usually causes me to want to eat * took time out of my day for myself

I've been doing fairly well. Some unplanned eating yesterday and today, but I ended up within my daily calories so it wasn't a big fail. It's a good reminder that it's easy to go astray, though.
