I usually get a Cadbury cream egg and a Laura Secord one, but I didn’t. The little fuckers must me a gazillion points, and they are not worth that.
Since I always look up before eating, it avoids costly mistakes.

I usually get a Cadbury cream egg I was picking up some of the small Cadbury eggs for my parents and they were calling to me, "Take a couple home for me and Mr. Dig." I even picked up two. But I put them back. As you say, not worth it.

Thanks for tagging me, mare. I’ll give the Diet Trap book a shot. The last time we went through it, it didn’t resonate with me as much as the pink book. But maybe this time it will! We’re ignoring Easter this year pretty much, so no candy or a fancy meal to tempt me.

I treated myself to a post-vaccine shot late lunch yesterday, after finding myself walking through Greektown. The restaurant was nearly empty, so I figured why not? I ordered sensibly, slowly savored every bite and sip, and stopped when I'd had enough. I decided I didn't need a baklava dessert. I tracked when I got home, and tossed the bread they'd put in with the leftover bag. I don't feel like I over-ate, but didn't feel like I needed any supper, since I got home at around 4:30. I also walked a couple of miles from the vaccine site, so that made me pretty happy for the day, all in all.

Packed healthy food and snacks for a weekend road trip. Plan to walk as much as possible for exercise and general sightseeing.
Journaling. Need to push water intake, I've been slacking.
Still haven't figured out the coach aspect. Still working on it.

Here. Daily WI down 2.4. Weekly WI down 1.6. No pizza at Costco. Healthy dinner of salmon patty, boiled potatoes, and salad.

charlotte21, LMAO those little fuckers! just saying the name makes me gain weight. I got stuff for the grandsons, an outfit and chocolate. a Ferrero rocher squirrel for DH and DS because I don't like Ferrero Rocher. I had 4 of the hard candy shell eggs and paid for it for 2 days with running to the bathroom so that helps me avoid chocolate!

My mom just brought dates squares for DD for Easter instead of chocolate.
She gave us a separate pack of them as DD hides them and eats them all.
So that and homemade applesauce.
That will do.

I'm in tree allergy hell in between post shot naps today. I had some cheese and crackers and apple slices, as that was all I wanted to eat. Drinking water like it's my job, time for another nap.
