I have accepted that I can’t eat without consequences. It makes sticking to my food plan easier.
Scale is the lowest it has been since 2019, Iam happy. Now to get into the 140s.

Since I restarted WW in September 2020, I prepare the vast majority of our meals. I love to cook and bake.
What I am finding out this round of WW is that I am really enjoying the food we make and it tastes so good, that it makes cravings for other food less.
I feel fortunate to be in a good space. It doesn't mean that I don't want to eat without consequence, I am trying to be aware of the thoughts before food passes my lips.
It is the emotional eating that I need to work on.
I stepped on the scale today for the third day in a row, that is big for me. I will see if I can keep my head when it says something that I may not be particularly thrilled about.

Read new posts, posted Meditated Tracked Ate sitting, mindfully Strength & flexiblity exercises Wrote plan for today When I went to do weekly grocery shopping yesterday, the battery was dead on my car. The trunk was left open - who knows how long or who was responsible. Don't think it was me, but it doesn't really matter. It was an unpleasant surprise and then DH got pissy because I can never remember how to unlock the trunk on his car. Sorry, I never use it. We got over it, got a new battery in the other car, got the shopping done. The point is, I never even thought of eating to make myself feel calmer. Yay!

lani - great job not eating about it!
I do like having good food planned for snacks because that makes it much easier that opening the cupboard and then decided what I'm going to eat.
Stepped on the scale for the fourth day in a row and my head hasn't exploded yet.
Got out first thing this morning, before work, to walk with my friend and track with the dogs. It was cold, 30's but felt in the 20's but it was such a great way to start the day. Wish I could start every day like this.
Attended a birthday party for my DMIL and didn't eat any unplanned food. Actually, my plan was not to eat anything and I stuck to that.

TGIF; WI this morning was good. I have been tolerating a LOT of hunger; just low-grade-there-all-the-time-hunger. Been working on drinking lots of water. I have done well resisting DH's evening snacking. I've been kind to myself this week. BUT, had a bad after-supper event Wednesday. We went to my favorite place and they screwed everything up. So, guess I thought cheese-its and wine would help, Guess what, it didn't. But, damage was minimal.
Goal for Monday is to not show a gain.

Doing ok.
My plan for the weekend is take out tonight, a nice dinner tomorrow night, and the trst will be my usual fare, all tracked.
And since I had my glass of wine last night, no booze this weekend,
The bag of caramel popcorn is empty, and I will not get another one.

The bag of caramel popcorn is empty, and I will not get another one. Sometimes DH buys the kettle corn to snack on; this is one I really have a hard time adjusting. I finally told him "no more". He doesn't need it either. I told him he can have it on his birthday. He was actually happy with that

I have been maintaining at the lowest weight I've ever been - aside from when I have been ill. So I have been letting calories in. Last night DH and I went a bit wild. I had ordered a pack of 8 frozen pizzas made in Naples - inspired by the Stanley Tucci series. There was a timing mixup when I heated the first one, first it was not crispy enough, then too crispy, plus DH was dropping off mail and got stuck on a call, as I was texting him to hurry up, pizza's almost ready. It was so good, we promptly heated up another one. Which was even better. Needless to say, we both showed a gain this morning.
Friday's credits:

Hi, Had a so-so eating weekend but did complete all my planned exercise for the week. I have also been sleeping OK which is a bonus. My lunch is packed and meals planned for the week.

I got more of that amazing caramel corn, but I plan to eat is sparingly and have the bag lasts 3 weeks again.
