I spent yesterday doing the final prep for the classes. I just have to pack the rolling suitcase with the books and stuff for Thursday but it is all in one place. Starting tomorrow afternoon, I will be driving 45 mins one way and leaving early and getting back relatively late - through Sunday. I am hoping to get in an exercise session today and tomorrow. I had planned it for yesterday but things didn't work out. I did get 12 floors of running up and down though!
Have to plan packed lunches for 4 days!

Big credit for me tonight- I hosted dinner friends and ate reasonably! One piece of pizza level because I was not actually hungry for more after and didn't eat just because it was there! Avoided the cheese plate too!

got a bit off track with Canadian Thanksgiving but back to tracking today. scale was up 2lbs. ugh but my own fault. adjusted my ARCs a little bit today as well.

Hi, Over the Covid infection, but still getting tired. I've been very happy this week to be able to get out and about w Roses and her little guy.
I was out mostly from 9-4 yesterday, including my free monthly LT WI at the new WW meeting location which is a :30 minute walk from my place! Yippee for being back in my area. I was happy to stay for the meeting, seem like some nice women, and people were engaged in the discussion which was encouraging.
Credits: started back with formal meal planning again, not just sick food eating. Able to extend my activity, getting closer to pre-Covid levels, though I'm definitely feeling it today. Listening to my body WRT rest and recovery, fueling, hydration, and sleep, post-Covid. Re-read my cards. Several people in my accountability thread have joined the NoBS program, so I'm revisiting my Beck aids.

I'm sorry to leave you alone, lani. My days are very long and busy - till tomorrow night. I've been leaving at 7-ish and getting back about 12 hours later after being on my feet all day. Eating is regulated by what I take with me so it has been good. Lots of fun, but exhausting. I'll be back Monday '' Logging food and giving myself credit for not eating the Halloween candy lying around

No worries for those who get too busy to post. I am retired and have plenty of time to do it.
Friday credits:
Weighed - up 0.2 lb. Read new posts, posted Worked out, usual plus cardio. Trying to do regular push-ups instead of "girlie" ones on the knees. I can only do a few regular ones. In fairness, I do each push-up to a slow 8 count up, 8 count down, so they are challenging even from the knees. Tracked Ate sitting, mindfully Ended day 200 calories under plan Not sure about today's plan - out to dinner tonight.
Since I am dining out tonight, pizza night was just a 10" Margherita and a split of champagne between the two of us, plus 14 grams of dark chocolate. Usual pizza night would entail a whole lot more calories.

I'm back!
I am still a little tired from 5 days of volunteering and teaching and attending the festival. But it is all over for another year. Back to my usual life. Will post about today's credits tomorrow.
Over the 5 days, my credits were mostly avoiding eating snack foods and sticking to what I brought and logging what I ate every night.

There was a lot to do yesterday to organize things after letting them be for 5 days. Plus the indoor plants had to be brought in because there are supposed to be frosts this week. So no exercise. I was also still tired.
