lani, Thanks! I will explore that. I have been just sort of watching what I eat for the past few days. I've had kids and spouses at home since Tuesday am and have been busy spending time with them and cooking and cleaning up, etc. Everyone left yesterday. I did eat more than I should have but I don't think I went over a lot. I didn't log but I tried to be mindful of Beck principles. My hip is better. I am going to start walking tomorrow and I'll mediate today. Food logging starts again today.

Don't bother. When I accessed the audios yesterday they were all the same. I don't understand why they occasionally change. Nov 26 credits: Didn't do anything yesterday. I had a new toy - a cone winder - and it was not working properly so I spent time working on that and then chatting with a lady in India in the evening who is going to sew the clothing for the wedding.
I'm going to try walking for 15 mins today to see how that works with my hip. I'm going to try the new arch support insoles I got. I wore them out to the store last week and they were ok. So I'm going to try them with the treadmill.

Another day of doing nothing Beck related. I had to go grocery shopping in the am which took a long time and then I was working on my library display prep and forgot all about anything else. Anyway, I'm in good shape for that. I think I'll be ready today for the Friday set-up.
Nov 27 credits: Nothing. nada, zip, zilch.
Going to go walk now. Determined to get back on track today with everything.

And have very few outside-of-the-house commitments as a rule. Between body weight exercises morning and evening, 1/2 hour walk, and 15-30 minute meditation, I am hustling as the day comes to an end trying to get the walk and meditation in before 5:00. Which is when I feed kitty his evening meal and then get our dinner heated up. I almost always am reheating leftovers. If I cook it's in the afternoon and then reheat that. But I tend to Sloth and Torpor .

Nov 30 credits: I had to go to NYC to meet someone which ate up most of the day. Did get the exercise in walking to and from the train in NYC. But no meditation. Came home and took a nap! Read cards Did not log food Did not stick to plan Exercised Used habit tracker Gave myself credit lani, I find it easier to get into habits if I stack things. I used to meditate right after cleaning my teeth in the am but that time isn't that great any more. I need to hook it onto something I do every day and it will get done. Yes, by the time I get the housework, exercise, my morning Spanish lessons, hanging out on the internet, it is lunch time! And if I have to go somewhere like I do this am and yesterday, some of this stuff gets undone.

I just got back from a visit to my brother's family where I didn't snack and followed good Beck eating. I think that it helped to be with people who eat healthily (DSIL is lifetime WW). Fixing dinner was fun with others, too. Anyway I'm down 3 from the beginning of the month and will work to keep those good habits.
