I think this group was on its last legs while we were on WW. Now It really has not survived the transition here. There are plenty of productive groups now, and anyone who comes to visit here, I encourage you to look for another one. Many blessings to all who come.

Oh, no! Don't go, Liz. It's been a wild week here. A friend came to visit from out of state and kept me wonderfully occupied. Then the past couple of days I didn't feel well at all. Today was better and a catch up day. I'm so pleased to see the UNITE thread here. I hope you peek back in and decide to stay. I do confess that in addition to the above, I've been discombobulated somewhat with the change, but everything new and different takes a bit of time and adjustment. Today: * made calls and necessary appointments. * Tidied room * Studied for discussion group and facilitated it at 1:00. Amazing and adventurous it was as usual. * Kept chiropractic appointment. * came home, took a rest * got haircut * replied to emails * read new mystery for awhile Next I get to: * close Inn for the night * get ready for bed * do night time power stretches * read a bit longer * hit the sack! Sweet Dreams to whoever peeks in! Come back and post soon, hear?  |
