Wow, August 3 already! I think my brain is still back in July.
I need to get out of this chair and get dressed for work. Typically I leave around 7:30 -- 15 minutes to go! After work, I'm going to yoga.

Good morning all,
I am off to on a road trip today to meet up with my college roommate. She lives in Vegas now. We reconnected last summer after about 40 years and she texted me everyday while I was in the hospital.......BFF. I am sooooooo excited to get to see her again.
Our heat continues. Keep your parade going brightly.

Good morning!
Grandson #1 has arrived, he spent yesterday helping DH in the yard. The other grandsons will arrive today for a boy cousins sleep over. It's great to see them get along, they range in age from 8 to 17.
My computer is supposed to arrive today, it will be nice to use a full keyboard again! I have become good at the tiny touch screen on the phone!
Our kitchen in MA is fully functional, so we are heading up for a few days. So excited to cook and eat at the house!
I had lunch with BFF from teaching yesterday. We have always had a great connection, both working and since retirement.
Beautiful weather today, going for a walk in a bit!

Hello to everyone
I never got around to posting yesterday. I have been in a lot of pain for two days from the arthritis in my hips. It is very tiring to be in pain all the time. Today I went to PT and she worked on the hips a lot and now I feel a lot better. This episode is scaring me. Will I be able to walk like I used to or will I continue limping around for the rest of my days? I signed up to play for a Shakespeare play on Friday which will mean being on my feet for an hour. I hope I am able to do it.
Maryenne – Enjoy the yoga.
