Being Monday I have the laundry going. Otherwise we will be in "anticipating vacation" mode. DH needs a new pair of jeans and I need to get some bills paid. So the day will be both semi quiet and semi busy.

Good morning! DH had to make a sudden trip out of town late yesterday, and is still gone. An unexpected issue with our most recent rental property. We had new laminate flooring installed, and the renters are moving in. They called to let us know the floor is buckled up! Our son-in-law manages the properties for us, and he is out of town but DH would have probably wanted to go check it out anyway. So not sure just when DH will be back but will stay until all is completed. Very frustrating as we just spent a lot of money to remodel the house before putting it on the market to rent. It is a very nice house. Not sure what happened, but it's just part of the cost of being in the rental business I guess.
I'm taking my dad to the oral surgeon this morning. The dentist on Friday said the tooth has to come out. I think this morning's appointment will probably just be a consultation, so that will be another trip back to have the tooth actually pulled. It needs to be done, however, as he can't chew on that side of his mouth. Then this afternoon I'll be taking my mom to the ENT, and hope that he can solve this issue she is having with her ears. So busy day ahead! Normally, DH always helps me with my dad when we take him out as my dad is a large man. But, we'll manage.

Joyce, many prayers for your day. It will be busy, especially since you have to do it alone. I hope the rental floor issue is easy to solve.

Doctor visits were good today, only concern is weight.

Good morning ... my friends in Baton Rouge are now struggling with health issues from all the mold and dust ...
I fixed and ate way too much food Thursday - Saturday; Cut way back yesterday and today ... went to spin class .... hope it will even out somehow
