Good morning everyone!
I slept in a little -- feel like I'm getting DH's cold. We have zero plans for the weekend, other than routine stuff. DH says he will mow, I said I will do the laundry. I'll probably end up at the grocery store. But first I'll pay bills, my Saturday morning routine. With coffee.

Hi all and Happy Saturday!!
Well Maryenne, DH and I both have colds. Ours started in WY with runny noses, now we have drainage causing coughs.
We don't have any plans for this weekend at all. We had very heavy storms move through the area last night with several tornadoes in the county and it continues to rain this morning. I think the sun is supposed to shine this afternoon with less humidity and cooler temps. Needless to say I am ready!
Hope everyone will enjoy the weekend. Remember to keep the sun shining bright on your parade.

Good morning! Hope those of you with colds feel better very soon.
Weather here is still hot and humid. I had a wonderful time visiting DGS and DGD's school for Grandparents' Day and spent the night with DD and family. It was a short visit, but I always love getting to spend time with them. This afternoon DH and I plan to go see the new Tom Hanks' movie, "Sully," about the pilot who was able to land his plane on the Hudson River and save his passengers. Tom Hanks is always good, so I'm looking forward to this.

Good afternoon and get well wishes for those with colds. We had a great time in the Berkdhires and are just crossing the bridge to Cape Cod. We will be here for a few days. I am looking forward to some beach walks.
Joyce, I hope you enjoy the movie. I love Tom Hanks!
My daughter was on New York during the actual incident and saw much of the landing and aftermath from the roof of their apartment building overlooking the Hudson. I cannot wait to see the movie!
Peg, I hope you are safe from the storms.
Maryenne, enjoy the chores! It is always easier for me to get things done , like paying bills, when DH is taking care of the lawn. He can distract me and I find it hard to refocus.
