Yay Friday! I stepped outside at 6:45 this morning to watch the International Space Station zooming over. Despite the mosquitoes, it was as always a glorious site to me. I wonder if those astronauts know that people are watching from the ground?
Meetings today and lunch out with a co-worker. There's a free yoga class that I might go to after work.
Hope you have a great Friday!

Baking sourdough bread for a church discussion group dinner tonight ... had a good long spin class yesterday ... getting my hair cut at the same time as my BFF tomorrow and then we are going out to brunch... trying to talk her into retiring ... she's older than me, but she has worked the same place for almost fifty years... think she's anxious about change

Good evening all. The space station is cool to watch. We have seen it a few times in western MA. In RI we go to the beach to watch these things since we live in a heavily wooded area. Bread making must be a fall activity! I am making bread this weekend to try for our next cookbook book club meeting. Very quiet day today- manicure, visit with granddaughter and a nap! Tomorrow should also be a quiet day. A possible trip to the bookstore is in the works. We went to see Wicked last night in Providence. The best show of the three I have seen. Spectacular special effects and incredible singing. I love this Broadway series. My daughter and niece are going tonight. It is in Providence for a three week run. We are planning an after dinner fire outside tonight. I hope you had a good first full day of fall, Lynn.

I took the dog for a visit to a memory unit today, one of our regular places. It seems one excursion is the most I can do these days. I am writing up a list of questions for the orthopedic visit next Tuesday. I am going to send them to my primary care doc also and see what answers I get.
We were asked to submit the questions we are dealing with in our lives as a preparation for Jewish New Year. The interactive sermon will grow out of the questions people send in. I am looking forward to the discussion.
It doesn't seem like fall yet. I hope the transition is gradual, not a sudden descent into severe cold.
Have a great weekend everyone.
