Good morning all!
I'm riding to Orlando this afternoon with some other folks for the next few days. It's a statewide meeting and I really don't have a role there other than to listen and learn and meet and greet. We'll be back Wednesday night.

Maryenne, enjoy your trip. It will be nice for you to not be a presenter, and instead just be able to enjoy the conference for a change.
I went to DD's over the weekend, and had a wonderful visit with her family while DH took care of everything here at home. I came back yesterday feeling rested.
We'll be watching the debates tonight along with most of the country.

Esther, I hope you and the dog enjoyed the get-together. If Boston weather was as beautiful as southern RI, you had a great day.
Day 3 of this cold, I am drinking plenty of fluids and doing what I can for activities. Today I have to go sign up for Medicare. Then we are going to Olive Garden for lunch.
Today is supposed to be the last sunny day for almost a week. We are in a drought situation so we need the rain badly.
I went to both Michael's and A.C. Moore yesterday and used my coupons to buy soap base and molds and some fall scents. I am making fall soaps- leaves, pumpkins, ghosts, etc tonight. They are gifts for family and friends. We are heading to MA later in the week, so I will have some for our friends up there. We will also watch the debate.

Good morning dear friends,
DGSs are off at school. DD must be hitting the grocery store this morning before returning home. We will be meeting one of DH's cousins that lives in town for lunch today. We drive back to IN tomorrow. At yesterday's flag football game middle DGS got hit in the mouth. Even with his mouth guard in it helped loosen a tooth -- ouch!! It hurt!!

Hello and happy Monday
The therapy dog party was lots of fun, around 100 dogs and their handlers. She doesn't always do well around other dogs when she is on leash, but she behaved extremely well yesterday. I was so proud of her! They had a catered lunch, a dog lounge and a live band. What a party!
Today I went to buy a clock radio and a CD player. My old appliances are wearing out and I can't find anyone to fix them. The next thing I need is a new toaster oven. The oven part doesn't work.
Peg - I hope your DGS's tooth improves. I have an athlete DGS and he is always getting minor injuries. It is a worry, but he has so much fun with his sports that I wouldn't want him to do without them.
