Over 60 & Still Working/Saturday

Good morning all,

I'm just sitting enjoying a little PIoneer Woman on the Food network this morning. I started swapping seasonal clothes in my closet yesterday and I am trying to do a better job weeding through both summer and winter clothes.  When I am finished, later this mornng, I hope to have three bags....store that buys slightly used clothes, Goodwill and trash.....  This sorting is going to lead me into cleaning out my first closet.  If we are going to try to sell the house in the spring I need to start decluttering someplace/somewhere.  So I have decided a good place to start is my craft room.  This will then force me to get going on finishing up my wreath snowmen....plus I want them ready to give at Thanksgiving.

Well that about does it for me today.  What is everyone up to today?

Good morning everyone! Hope all is well for Maryenne, and anyone else that might have been in Matthew's path. From the news I suspected Maryenne might be without power.

Yesterday afternoon the DGKs went home. We throughly enjoyed having them with us, and the house seems strangely quiet now that they are gone. It was good for my mom and dad to have them here as well, and seems to have boosted their spirits.

We have nothing special planned for today, and will just drift back into our normal routine. Peg, good for you on getting a headstart on your decluttering project.

Good morning! Joyce, thanks for the concern. We were well west of the storm so it didn't affect us at all.

I slept in because I stayed up too late watching the news about Trump. These are interesting times.

No plans today except to pay bills and some picking up around the house.

Good afternoon all.
I did some cleaning this morning and caught a bit of Pioneer Woman, too.
DGS is spending a couple of nights with us. He has been helping to stack firewood for the season.
Tonight we are going to a seafood restaurant for dinner. That's it for our weekend plans. Three other grandchildren arrive tomorrow afternoon for an overnight visit.
