Friday weekend warm up: This weekend, work on finding joy in non-food related ways! The more alternative sources of joy you have, the less you’ll turn to food to fill that need.

I’m back from vacation. I couldn’t plan ahead there so that seems to be what I need to work on this week. Back to planning. I did make good choices most of the time and didn’t gain while on vacation. Happy weekend to all!
