Good morning,
I had planned to forego coffee this morning and go get my blood drawn, but I can't bring myself to fast. I have a check-up with the urologist at 10, so I'll go into work after that.

Hi all,
House cleaners come this morning so I need to get some things picked up this mornng. I have no idea what I will be doing today but I do need to get the snowmen worked on. At this point I simply need to get motivated to get them finished up.
I did try a new recipe last night -- stuffed manicotti. It was very easy and very good. The hardest part was stuffing the manicotti. I'll fix a beef roast in the crockpot for tonight then I want to try a recipe using an angel food cake for dessert. I'll report on that tonight.

Good morning all.
Peg, I have had success stuffing shells and manicotti y stuffing the uncooked pasta, thinning the pasta sauce with a bit of water and baking in a foil covered baking dish for about 10 to 15 minutes longer than the recipe calls for. I have heard of others having success with cooking the pasta for just about half the suggested time before stuffing them.
Maryenne, good luck at the doctors. I hate the fasting blood tests, I was telling the phlebotomist how I was okay with not eating but really missed my coffee. Imagine my delight when she told me black coffee and tea are fine! That's how I drink my beverages.
Dinner tonight is baked salmon, brown rice, roastedbroccoli with a soy citrus sauce and salad.
Company arrives tomorrow. Cleaning today.

Hi all, my car is ready at the body shop up in Georgia so DH and I are going to drive halfway up there tonight and the rest of the way in the morning. We'll be home tomorrow evening.
