DH is in Orlando for the Celebration of Life for his ex-BIL. Not sure how long he will stay. I woke up at 5:30 and started cleaning. My sister had planned a small reunion today over in west Florida with some cousins I've never met, but it was postponed because a couple of people had emergencies and couldn't come. So she and I are going to take her 10-year-old grandson to the IMax/planetarium and eat lunch out.

Good morning Maryenne and ATF,

We had our first killing frost overnight, 28 this morning. Our first frost should have taken place a month ago.

I want to finish up the snowmen between today and tomorrow. I am putting each one in a jumbo extra large Ziploc bag but will add some ribbon and gift tag to each. I need to decide what might work well for that. One of the small unique gift shops not too far from us is having a holiday open house today and I want to go over just to see what they have. Then we need to rake leaves. The volunteers from last week were really about a week too early.

Good Morning!

Found my way to the new page. Have laundry started and on my second cup of coffee. I need to sit down and make a list of errands for the day. Have to go from one end of town to the other so I better be organized.

Since I will be home a few hours this morning (til stores open) I have turned on the heat for the first time just to be sure it is running well. Seems to be okay.

I have never been to an IMax - should be fun!

Good morning friends.
Another beautiful but chilly fall day here in New England.
Peg, we had our killing frost a couple of weeks ago. That seems to be the real test of fall's arrival for me. That and all the leaves!on the ground!
Maryenne, enjoy the IMAX. I have not been in years. We were talking about going to the one in Boston recently.
Janice, I am a list maker, too. In fact I have my pen and paper ready to go this morning!
We have some errands this morning. Then making more Christmas soaps. DH suggested a walk today on our local walking and biking path, so we will do that this afternoon.
