Good morning! I have a long trek to meet with one of my student teachers today- ninety minutes! The bridge that connects the larger western portion of RI to the smaller east bay section, which is where my student teacher is, is supposedly being repaired. The backup is awful. The alternative is three bridges through small seaside towns. No highways, small two lane roads, lots of traffic lights. That will be all I do until tonight when I meet with a friend after dinner to make Super Bowl plans. Sending mojo to maryenne’s DH. Thinking of Esther and hoping she has plenty of sunshine. Waving to Joyce. Have a peaceful day. Lynn

Good morning!
Lynn, be safe as you navigate the traffic today and enjoy your dinner!
I got home about 12:45 this morning and was in bed at 1:30. I woke up at 8 and started catching up on emails and mail and stuff. DH and I need to leave in about a half hour to get him to the dermatologist. The derm is going to work on an area near his right eye and then send him over to the plastic surgeon to close him up. He has had a lot of skin cancer and various surgeries around that eye. The plastic surgeon wants to rebuild the whole thing, but DH is reticent to do that.
I'm happy to be in sunny Florida today. Buffalo was grey and wet the whole 9 days I was there.
Hugs to you all!

Good afternoon! Just waving to everyone as I rush out the door again. This morning DD had a root canal, and I was her designated driver. I also prepared her soup for lunch, so that took all the morning. Now I'm picking DGD up from school and taking her home. DSIL will pick up DGS after baseball practice, and also take DGD to competitive cheer practice. I will pick DGD up from that practice tonight and take her to their school where DSIL will be with DGS. Their schedules stay so busy! I'm happy to help out, it definitely takes at least 2 people to manage. Glad I'm just the "fill-in" help, and this is not a daily routine for me.
