Hello! This is the first day I've not had to be anywhere so I'm just lolling about. It's a beautiful, sunny day out. DH is outside waiting for the HVAC repair guy. Our heater/AC has been making odd noises.
Yesterday, I had yoga in the morning, grabbed some lunch and then went up to Thomasville to see the rheumatologist. All is well although I gained a few more pounds than I thought I had. Afterward, I went grocery shopping and was exhausted by the time I got home. DH fixed us tuna sandwiches for supper.
