Good morning friends,
I'm awake early to be ready to go to the airport at 7:30 for my noon flight. Both James and Cathleen have to get to work on time today. It's okay - I can get breakfast and write some postcards to voters. I also have my book to read. It has been a good trip. I've loved spending time with them and Thomas.

Maryenne, so glad you've had such a good visit. Wishing you safe and easy travel back home today.
Lynn and Esther, hope you both enjoyed your weekend and that your week is off to a good start. Lynn, has DD made it to MA yet? I know you will enjoy time with her.
I have an ortho doctor appointment this morning. This is just to get the results from the MRI I had done Friday on my back. I really don't think this doctor is going to see any changes from the MRI 3 years ago. I think things are pretty stable with my back. Other than that the only thing I definitely want to do today is go to the walking track. The medication change my PC made has definitely brought my A1C down, but I'd like to get it down even lower and I need the exercise. Regular exercise always makes me feel better and have more energy. Right now it's painful, but hopefully with the knee injection on Friday that will be much better. There's really nothing new going on in my little corner of the world, but all is well.
