Good morning my friends,
I want to talk to my doctor about my back pain but couldn't get through on their phone yesterday. Sent a message on the portal so hopefully they'll respond. I've got Zoom yoga this morning and then nothing else planned for the day. Maybe I'll work on this pile of stuff next to my computer. If that lemon is any good in my refrigerator, I'll make a Moroccan Chicken Stew in the slow cooker.

Good morning!
Maryenne, I love using my slow cooker. It's so nice to be able to just put the ingredients all in one pot and forget about it until meal time. I have an instant pot and an air fryer, but of all my "gadgets" my slow cooker is the one I use the most. I hope your doctor's office will get back to you soon.
Esther, I don't remember exactly when Don's hearing is coming up but I know it is soon. Thinking of you as you negotiate all the bureaucracy.
Lynn, waving to you and hope you have a good day ahead in the Berkshires.
It's cooler here today and cloudy. Not sure if we'll get any rain or not, the prediction percentage is low but it's quite windy out so I think we might at least get a shower. It's only supposed to be 88 today, so that's a welcome relief.
The only thing I have planned today is go to the walking track and to chauffeur DGD home from a program she's been involved with this week at her school. The walking is really helping my blood sugar so I am happy about that, and excited that the injection is definitely helping my knee. Yesterday I was actually able to get my mile in without any sharp pains in my knee. I had some discomfort, but I didn't have any of those sudden terrible pains. So yay for that injection!!!

Good morning!
It’s beautifully cooled down from the last couple of days.
We will make a couple of quick stops at the post office and the hardware store on the way to our friend’s house for coffee. Hugs sister gave him a grape plant for his birthday- he’s a sommelier- I guess she thinks he needs to grow grapes. DH will help him find a suitable spot. It will be tough because our friend doesn’t enjoy growing plants that require a lot of upkeep.
Good luck with the doctor Maryenne. Back pain limits what we can do and makes us miserable. I hope he can help.
Joyce, that is good news about your knee! I am glad the injection is working!
Esther, I hope don’s hearing goes smoothly. The amount of red tape is mind-boggling.
