Good afternoon everybody. Hope you are all well and SAFE! Please pray for Israel.
I had my colonoscopy and endoscopy, and except for a few minor details, all is well. It was easy, and everyone was really nice. You know that my sister died from colon cancer, so this is a difficult topic for me. However, I am glad for today's good experience, and I am also glad that (depending on the results of the biopsies) I shouldn't have to do it again for five years.
I am grateful for so many good things in the world, especially for friends!!

Lee, I'm so glad things went well for you. I hope you enjoyed a tasty lunch.
Our internet service was out this morning, but it's back up now, thank God. I missed two hours of work, but at least I have the PTO to cover it, and there wasn't anything critical going on that couldn't wait. Today is my weigh-in day, and I'm down 0.9 pound. So I'm happy about that!
