Good morning!

We just got home from dental cleanings and lunch. Nothing else planned for me for the rest of the day except to pick DGD up after school and take her to tumbling. It's a gloomy day here. It's not cold, but there's moisture in the air and with the gray skies makes you feel chilled.

Thankfully, this was my last appointment for awhile. I'll be glad to get back into my same monotonous routine. There's something to be said for boring.

Hi! I spent the morning doing some chores for Cathleen, wrote some postcards and got them in the mailbox, then James picked me up for lunch. I had a delicious salad and brought half of it home.

I'm concerned about the hurricane. DH is in control, I guess. The neighbors are keeping an eye out for him. It's not coming until tomorrow night.

My manicure and routine blood work are done. My friend had to cancel our outing due to some projects at her house. I had a fruitless trip to Marshall’s looking for stuff. But I did hit a sale at CVS and got some stuff I needed

Our weather is similar Joyce. Cloudy. Cool.

Maryenne, I hope DH is able to secure everything at the house and that the hurricane is gentle with your area.
