ARC time! Did you write an advantages response card? Do you have a solid plan for READING (not skimming, opening and closing, glazing) it? Do you buy that this is going to be necessary when the fun and newness leaves? I captured a photo of my handwritten ARC and have it readily available on my phone. The original is posted on my vision board in my home office.

If I want to feel great and really live my life the way I want to, then I need to do what I can to maintain a healthy weight.
Taking care of myself is a necessity. My health is a priority.

I have been reading my ARC regularly 2x a day with reminders set on my phone. Additionally, I use a habit tracking app that I fill out every day. Two habits on it are reading ARC am and pm. I wanted to edit my ARC a couple of weeks ago but decided to wait since I knew this day was coming I just did it. So I have a brand spanking new ARC. I keep it in Notes on my phone which is available to me on my laptop, my tablet and my phone. So there are no excuses not to read it regularly.

I will put them in my phone in notes as it is an extension of my arm. That way I can read multiple times a day.

I am working on a new one today.
I have a spot where I will see it first thing in the morning every day. I am also writing ARC in big letters at the top of my meal planning pad, so I am reminded that I have goals every time I check off a meal or make an adjustment.

I am starting fresh with a new, and hopefully more honest, ARC. It sits in Notes on my phones and iPad, and I read it first thing in the morning and before going to sleep.

I made out new cards. I have a copy in Notes, plus multiple ones that are in my purse, car, kitchen counter top. Easy to reach for one any time of the day. Cyn. I like your idea of having a reminder on your meal planning notebook. I’m going to do that also. A perfect reminder as I make my meal plans for the week. Thanks!

I will be writing out my ARC this evening when I have more time. I am going see if it works to read it before I sit down to each meal and then read it before bed.

I have my ARC and it really didn't need any editing but I did have to pull it out from under! I also took a picture with my phone so I'll have immediate access whenever I need it.

I made my ARC. I'm keeping it on my phone. I plan to read it twice a day - when I wake up, and before bed. Also on an as needed basis when I face temptations.

My ARC card(s) are done. I totally believe reading my cards every day will be a game changer compared to my past attempts at weight loss.

I am writing out new ARC cards. I keep them in my planner and take a pic to put on my phone. I absolutely need the practice of looking at them frequently. It helps me to strengthen my “saying no” muscle.
