Today's task is to be realistic about how hard all this actually is as opposed to the way it seems when we only use our negatively biased cognition to make a gut decisions. Oof. I need this today! I have really started focusing on this in my daily accountability reports. A bad day rarely happens. What happens is a slip-up on a very normal on-plan day. I don't exercise, I have a small unplanned snack, I eat more than I've planned for one meal. None of these are life-changing. They aren't a major fall, just a slight trip on a pebble where I was able to keep my balance.

I agree with ermabom , bad days are rare. But I have moments that are less than spectacular as she said. Just picking it up when I catch it and doing better.

My reflection from the commit in writing section for Day 24: Whenever I feel overwhelmed or discouraged, I'm going to focus on what I can do that day -- one choice at a time.

I agree with you all. Playing catch-up from being on vacation puts me in a bit off an overwhelm state-and then things go sideways! I need to work on this aspect today!
