I have gotten good at managing my relationship with my scale. I no longer let it drive my mood or my perception of how I am doing. It took me a lot of work to get here.

I am at the point where I treat the scale reading as data. Nothing to get emotional about, it’s an information source.

Just data and I know I'm so much better off weighing daily. It keeps me in reality and reduces any kidding myself about the impact of my choices.

I'm looking forward to listening to Corinne's podcasts dedicated to the scale. I find her NoBS advice aligns well with Beck"s.
