HNY. Still have my tracking streak going, tho right now I'm just tracking my Greek yoge and fruit bfast. I did make my healthy, low point pea soup the other day. I did NOT buy any of the white chocolate at Aldi when I went on Sat. No Kringle either! Smiled at myself in the mirror, though with a touch of wryness.

Jan 2 credits: Exercised - somehow the day got out of my control so there I was at 5 pm not having exercised. We eat dinner at 6. I got dinner ready by 5:30 and then went down and exercised. Read cards Logged food Used habit tracker Gave myself credit
I let my dad get me all upset in the pm and did some mindless snacking as a result. But I stopped there and had a very light dinner.

I was unable to workout in the am, which is my preference, but I did schedule a time (4 pm) to work out in the afternoon. It was 4:30 before I made it but I did exercise.

We is a good chance of losing power today, which makes food prep a challenge. We'll see.
On another fun note, Consumer Reports says my favorite candy bar (I have one per week only) has 181% more lead than recommended. I'm still going to eat it!

Not the greatest day yesterday. I was sore from exercising so took the day off. I was tired and as a result I snacked when I shouldn't have.

I was extremely tired yesterday from having had a very bad night on Jan 5. I tried napping instead of exercising but it didn't work. Back to exercising today after a good night's sleep.
