It’s time to check in with week 4 results. The goal was 4 workouts and I got mine done with walks and yoga. How did you do? Here's the short version of the rules: 3 weeks of working out 3 times per week 4 weeks of working out 4 times per week 5 weeks of working out 5 times per week This week’s goal is 4 workouts. What’s your plan for getting them done? It’s getting cold and windy here. Not like some, no snow or freezing g but I’ll be on the treadmill.

Got them. "Install microwave" counts when you have to lift the damnthing at least 4 different times because it fits but it doesn't open, get a different one, it would fit but at a different height, it fits but looks like crap (and unstable) at a lower height, and it fits but the screw won't thread. It is currently half supported on the counter with a spreader clamp and 1 screw. And my back hurts. So I'm claiming it, dammit. I also went for runs and yoga. Plus there was a trip to the Big City in there because I broke my phone. 2024 has been a year already. *hunkers down for Snowpocalipse 2024*

Got mine with walks and one bike ride on Saturday just hours before our first break snow came. It was so windy! Today is back to school for the kids and back to work for me after 2 weeks off so planning to get back to strength routine more regularly this week.

I’m doing the YWA 30 day challenge…so I got mine in with 6 sessions and a really nice walk on the one sunny day we’ve had in 2+ weeks.

Hello everyone. I had a good week from the workout perspective. I did Body Combat and yoga and walks and tried out a new Body Combat instructor at a gym near my office. She is the bomb! I am also doing the yoga with Adriene challenge.
This week my Tuesday zumba class will start up again, so I can add that to the mix.

Got mine with yoga and Pilates. More of that this week, plus if I stop having plumbing emergencies I hope to get walks in.
I’m obviously not going to lose 20 pounds before I leave on my yoga retreat 2/3…

I got mine in with yoga, treadmill and strength training. It was nice that YWA Flow series had so many practices this first week that were over 20 minutes...it made it easy to get 4 workouts in This week will be the same, all indoors since it's been bitterly cold with no change in sight.

I got my 4 in with bike/bands and home PT. I'll get that treadmill in the rotation this week along with some after the holidays cleaning.
