It’s time to check in with week 5 results. The goal was 4 workouts and I got mine done with walks, MIIT, strength training and yoga. How did you do? Here's the short version of the rules: 3 weeks of working out 3 times per week 4 weeks of working out 4 times per week 5 weeks of working out 5 times per week This week’s goal is 4 workouts. What’s your plan for getting them done? I got mine, all walks.
Probably walks this week but not as long as I have been as it's finally cold lol

I did not get mine this week. Too much car time. I’ll be traveling again the first part of the week but hope to get mine.

I got mine in with PT sessions and treadmill. Planning more of the same this week.

I got mine in, but barely. Looks like minimal outdoors time this week, good thing I have access to indoor machines. Stay warm, those of you in the cold areas.

Got mine with strength walks and skiing. Another day of skiing planned today but it’s very cold so may not be out as long!

No. Seven minute walk last Thursday before our cold snap in the teens. Grocery store short trip yesterday with my partner at my side. I cannot drive for at least 2 weeks.
This is my 10th day out from cardiac surgery. I'm doing quite well beyond my wildest imagination. I'm so grateful that I chose this procedure. Minimal pain with lots of fatigue. I will continue to check in here so I have a record of how my exercise increases in the next weeks.

Walks and PT this week. We are in line for 2 snowstorms so I may need to utilize my bike next week. I’m truly hoping that they both fizz out. The barometric pressure sure makes moving a challenge. Have a good week.

Nope. Only got 2 in. And today I threw out my back bending over to take a picture. So yoga at least today and tomorrow is cancelled.🙁

Got mine done with treadmill and upper body. So grateful for the treadmill, the weather here in NE NJ has turned dreadful!

I got mine done wirth yoga, treadmill and strength training. This week will be the same. The weather is brutal and the wind has created huge drifts in our driveway so we’ll be at home for the next few days for sure.
