Morning Ners and ATF 🌞
Tootles glad you enjoyed your explorations!
Yesterday was $20 at Lowe's for a corner angle scrub brush and some Goo Gone grout cleaner for the shower. That tile is a PITA to keep clean. Then fighting with the customer service lady at Sam's Club to stop the auto renew. She kept telling me I had to call Synchrony. I did but they don't give you an option to talk to a live person, it just runs you around in automated circles then tells you to go online or in store to stop auto renew. She ended up calling them and got it stopped. I imagine since she's a store associate, she has a special button to push for a human.
But anyway, spent $89 there for 3 nice UV protection button down shirts, pizzas, ranch dressing and a 6 pack of propane for the little grill. Membership expires mid May, but BJs should be open by October.
Today is Pool School, dentist and groceries.

Morning all!
Yesterday was $5.25 for breakfast. Saturday was $12 for breakfast - met my brother at the Farmhouse cafe in our neighborhood. I think that was all my spending this weekend.

Good Morning Ladies: Yesterday accomplished a lot off of my To Do List. Today is pick up groceries and meds and BOGO's. Making Brunswick Stew (will last a few days). No spender yesterday. Prin, Farmhouse Cafe sounds like a spot for me. Breakfast is my fav meal out--anytime. Gyp, pool school will be fun. Tootles, you are always having fun....go girl! Ners, enjoy the clothes line. Haven't touched one in 50 years.... Have a Nice Day.

Morning! Yesterday was a no spender and today should be, too. No plans, just the usual piddling around the house. It’s still cloudy and gloomy.

Good Morning Hotties. Not much to report over here. Just spending on all the house stuff. Ordering a POD so that we can move most of the stuff out of this house and get it on the market. I'm loving how my tile is coming out, but still stressing about all the $$ going out the door. I'm staying caught up on the thread, just not posting much. Yay for pools, proms, and precipitation. I've had enough storms already and it is only the end of April.

Tootles, pool school was nothing more than the guy showing us how to clean the cartridge filter in the pump. DH already figured out how to clean the pool. And me telling the guy ONE MORE TIME that they did not install the control panel for the underwater light on the pump. DH told him the last 2 times he was at the house to dump chemicals. PITA.
At the dentist now waiting for my permanent crown.

Morning,
Yesterday we went to DS's to help him with some electrical work and took him to lunch $53.97. $60.64 for some groceries and $10.24 for ice cream.
Today should be a no spender.

Ladies, I will check in a little more later but I need some prayers for DS today (and bensgirl1,go hug your boys tight today). One of DS's good friends was killed in an accident Sat night. Instead of celebrating a graduation we have a set of parents that are planning a funeral and a lot of parents are trying to help our kids understand why life works like it does and it sucks bad

melissahupp - I'm so sorry. What a horrible tragedy to happen anytime but especially when right now should be a time of celebration.

melissahupp, I can relate to what your DS is going through. A guy I had gone to school with since 1st grade, and who lived in my neighborhood, died in a car accident right before our HS graduation. I remember going to the viewing the same week as graduation. Gypsy3n8, hope the permanent crown fits well. sherrydorlando2, I LOVE breakfast; could eat breakfast foods 3 meals a day. I'm with you on the clothes line. I remember hanging up sheets, towels, and clothes with my mother and grandmother. Hotness77, thanks for the report day reminder. Waving to prinlea2000, tootles, Jels, annhtx, bensgirl1, grovers39, and spicy. I think I may get a manicure after lunch. I have a luncheon to attend tomorrow.

Hotties! I'm back! Trip was fun. My GF is not suited for night life. Plus, she got so toasted on the boat ride. We had to all but carry her off. We took her to get something to eat. One bite and she took a nap. Our friend has a walker with a seat in front. We tried to get her to sit there getting out of the restaurant. We got her back in the car for a short nap while I quickly bought t-shirts, a sun dress and more booze ( ) we headed to the beach. She actually came out of it while there. We had brought her sandwich so she felt much better and enjoyed the beach. That's an old lady's high light for the trip. I haven't totally tallied the cost. A few things I paid with my card and they gave me cash. I was pretty even with each of us paying for a lunch. GF and I tried to pay everything. It was Very humbling to hear how little our friends are getting by on. But, they could not be happier. We're going to send a healthy gift card with our thanks. We would love to go again. Now that we know the area, we can plan to stay closer to their house. melissahupp , That is an awful thing to have happen for your son's group of friends. Brings 'life happens' right to your doorstep. For a long time, that's what they will remember about their graduation time. spicy , How's the return to work. You feel ok? tootles , Our friends used to live up the hill from Deadwood for 14 yrs. They told a story about being snowed in that would freeze your panties. They both worked in the casino. I had forgotten my brother worked there for a time too.
