Good morning dear friends,
I enjoyed lunch and dinner yesterday with friends and I was able to get a little shopping done.
We are planning to go out late this morning to get our Christmas tree. We will go to our usual tree farm. It should be a lot of fun. Otherwise we won't be up to much today. Our weather has turned lots colder with snow showers in the forecast for tomorrow or Monday, then low temps in the teens for the end of next week..... I am just not ready for it.

Good morning everyone.
Peg, snow in time for Christmas is every kid's dream! Personally, I like a dusting on Christmas Eve that has melted by Christmas afternoon! Have fun getting the tree. We have a small tabletop pre-lit artificial tree that we decorate. Over the years my kids have taken the ornaments that were theirs and we have just enough to decorate the tree. My Christmas village takes up a lot of real estate, so the tree has downsized. The wreaths are in place in both houses.
Next week my children and oldest two grandchildren will take the other decorations that they want. Over the years we have accumulated a few. I used to decorate to the hilt when they were younger. Last year I threw out any that were truly broken or beat up.
Today we are off to do a bit more shopping and taking pictures. Tonight is our piano player's show and then home tomorrow.

Hello Peg, Lynn and all who aren't here, our internet was down this morning. I went and had a pedicure, had a lovely lunch with my former boss, and did some shopping. Hope you all are having a happy day!

Nice Saturday. I went downtown this morning and did some shopping. Got several bottles of vinegars and oils at the spice store. And popcorn at the popcorn shop. They will be tucked in the Christmas box for my sons family. I have things ordered that should arrive this week. There were reindeer downtown and horse drawn carriage so a nice crowd was gathering. Also went to the Arts Section of town which was very busy.
Took a nap and went out for mani/pedi and now I am settled for the night. Think the sinus congestion and cough are finally leaving so I can get back to pool exercises this week.
