Hi all,
Maryenne, hope your day will slow down a bit and you can have time for an extra cup of coffee or tea. 😉
Well yesterday was pretty productive. The handyman repaired our guest bathroom tub drain and fixed the toilet. Then the tile layer came and replaced the cracked tile in the laundry room. While that was getting done I finished our gift boxes for neighbors and friends. They even got delivered too.
Like most of the country we are frigid cold. May actually warm enough to give us some rain which will just freeze on surfaces. At least it will probably be less than 0.1".

Good morning all
I am off to a Renaissance flute workshop this morning. I have been playing a flute in the key of D and now I am also learning to play a flute in the key of G. This has to be good for my brain.
Tonight I will play for our monthly contra dance. That is always pure joy for me.
4 degrees out and breezy today. I am going to be glad when the weather moderates. Tomorrow we are expecting snow, but not as cold.

We are enjoying the frigid air as well. Today my sister and I are running g some errands. Then I will be wrapping gifts. Tonight we are going out for dinner with friends.

Good morning everyone! As usual this is a busy group.
It's warmer here today than yesterday, but temperatures are supposed to start dropping again with possibly freezing rain and even some snow in the prediction over the weekend. Our weathermen are not always the best at predicting our winter weather here, so I'm hoping they are wrong about that. Still, it's best to be prepared so I'm headed out to the grocery this afternoon with a long list. I want to get all my holiday food bought and in the house so next week there will not be anything pressing to do for Christmas other than the cooking. Gifts are all wrapped and those which have to be mailed are taken care of as well.

Joyce, I am truly impressed. I haven't gotten anything wrapped and I do hope to work on a grocery list. I too totally hope to get all ready of the groceries in the house. Our meeting with the builder has been switched to Tuesday.
