Good morning all,
My yoga class was wonderful last night. It was a substitute teacher and she figured out a way to combine yoga with the holidays. The music was all soft holiday music. The studio will be closed until after the first, so I'll probably need to do my yoga with YouTube.
The next week and a half will be very quiet at work, with many people taking off. It's a good time to clean out files and catch up on things.
I hope you all have a quiet day!

Hi all and Happy Thursday,
Today will be totally crazy. DD called yesterday morning saying they will be heading home (driving) as soon as DGSs get out of school this afternoon and they will be driving straight through arriving around 2 a.m. So that means that 95% of everything has to be done by bedtime tonight. I wrapped almost everything yesterday, about 10 small items yet to go. DH got the new curtain rods up in the living room....looks lots better. One of the guest bedrooms is ready with one to go. Grocery list is ready.
So today means mailing a couple of bills, picking up the family room, lunch group gathering with a couple of stops on the way to and grocery store on the way back home. Then finish wrapping and setting up the room for DGSs. It will be a full day but all worth it. I am hoping DS doesn't decide to stay in Denver to avoid any possible weather issues.
Wishing you all an awesome day! Joyce, Michelynn, Joan, and Cindy, pray all is well in your worlds. I doubt if Cindy will ever find the group again. This is a super group!!

Good morning everyone
It is spitting snow a little here. I left the dog in day care so I can concentrate on finishing Christmas and birthday preparations. I have been shopping and came home to finish the wrapping and stockings. I need to make applesauce to go with the potato pancakes for Hanukkah.
Peg - It sounds like you have a hectic holiday season coming. I hope you enjoy your family visits.
Maryenne - a quiet week sounds good.
Have a good Thursday everyone!

Good morning. We are clearing off the porch in preparation for a new ceiling and painting. I feel like this task never ends. Esther, I love potato pancakes! What a great idea to send the dog to day care. Fun for the dog and you can work uninterrupted. Peg, your house will be bustling soon. Enjoy the chaos! Maryenne, when the boss was off and we had to work, we called it "internal annual leave"! It was a great time for sorting, filing and purging. Enjoy! Joyce, I hope things are relatively quiet for you this week. Have a great day! Lynn
