Good morning all!
Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas Day! Ours was great. DS is back West as far as Des Moines, IA and will drive on to Denver today and DD's family remains with us this week. It is wonderful to have them here. I am sure they will probably meet up with some friends today at some point.
Joyce, you haven't posted with us in some time, pray everything is OK. Miss you! Joan and Michelynn, miss you guys too!
We have no plans for today. Time for some R&R.

Good morning.
Peg, I have been thinking about our friends we haven't heard from and have been praying for them, too. Enjoy your time with your family this week.
We had a wonderful couple of days. We went to Christmas Eve services with DDs family and spent time with DS's family yesterday. Last night we had a quiet dinner and watched a movie in front of the fireplace.
Today I am spending some time cleaning out my home office, planning meals for the week and making a grocery list.

Good morning Peg and Lynn. I also hope the others will join us soon.
We had a quiet day of cooking and then went to my cousin's house on the Sopchoppy River. Met some lovely friends of theirs and we ate very well of course. I am very grateful to have today off and nothing to do except what I want to do. Well, I don't want to clean the kitchen floor but after yesterday's cooking...
It's unseasonably warm here - we normally would be in the 40s in the mornings, but it's 65 right now and very humid. Yesterday was over 80 at one point. DH said he's going to work outdoors while I clean the kitchen.

Good morning all
I celebrated Christmas with my children and grandchildren on Saturday.
Yesterday I went to a Hanukkah party while they went to visit their father's family.
They spent a long time singing at the party and I didn't know any of the songs. My Jewish education was really lacking. That's what comes of growing up in a mixed family. I grew up singing Christmas carols and I still love them.
The director of a local Jewish choir asked me to play the flute with them for a choral festival in February. What an honor. I am delighted to do it.
I slept late this morning and missed Monday services. I guess it is OK once in a while. I am just doing cleanup and laundry today. It is nice to have a quiet day at home. I am even going to have some reading time.
I hope you all had a good Christmas with your families.

Good morning
Nice sunny day in Kansas. I am off work today but ended up having to take car to dealer so will be at home -- had hoped to get errands done. My Chev Trax, 6 months old, has developed some mystery symptoms - seems it needs a radio "software update". Hope that is all it is and they can get it done today - at least everything is well under warranty. After a bit of research, this seems a common problem.
My cleaning crew is due today so I am ready for that and heading to the basement and the laundry.
Trying to get organized to follow the WW program better too as I have surely not been doing that.
