Good morning all!
Joyce, I'm very happy that today is moving day for your Mom. Hope all goes well!
Esther, I'm going to march here in Tallahassee if the weather holds up. I have several friends who are going and we're going to meet up somewhere still undecided.
Peg, I hope your haircut brought the sunshine back!
I now have another new boss and I think things might get a little better. Turns out my old "new" boss is kind of a drama queen and I was feeling more and more like it wasn't the right place for me. But yesterday I was assigned to someone else who seems much more even-keeled and I'm much more hopeful now.
Hello, Lynn and Janice!

Good morning friends. Joyce, I hope things go well for your parents today and that your mother has a smooth transition to Assisted Living. Hugs and prayers for all of you. Maryenne, wishing you a good fit with the new boss. It may make the difference in your retirement plans if you have a stable work environment. I deplore drama, especially in the workplace. Peg, I hope you had a better day yesterday. Did you get your haircut? I always feel better after a little pampering! Esther, I think the sun had forgotten us in New England! One of my friends posted a picture of her pink March hat that a friend made. So cute! I bought two boxes of hibiscus tea yesterday. One is mixed with berries and the other with rose hips. It has a citrus flavor but not too strong. I first had hibiscus tea in Santa Fe about ten years ago. It was iced, had oranges and lemons in it and was so refreshing! Hi Janice. Has the frigid weather left your area yet? We are heading back to RI later today. We have a few boxes of donations and some mementos for crom my parents for the grandchildren. We had a good visit and got a little more decluttering done. Have a great day! Lynn

Good morning everyone,
Joyce, remember we are all with you in spirit today! Hope your mom's transition goes smoothly.
Lynn, enjoy your travels today.
Maryenne, hope the new boss is an improvement. I don't like drama at all, it has never been a part of my lifestyle.
As for me this morning I did manage to get a full night's sleep last night....finally. They found yesterday that my potassium was low so I will take a supplement for a while. I have an appointment with the cancer NP tomorrow and I am hoping to get off of the new drug.....way too many side effects in addition to zapping my strength and causing extreme fatigue. I didn't get my hair cut yesterday but I did manage to get it washed which helped a great deal. Food is finally sounding and tasting good too.
We did have a tiny bit of sunshine this morning, HURRAY!! Now more dreary days for awhile.. Good weather news....almost 60 degrees over the week-end.
Hugs to all, Peg

Good morning everyone!
Thanks for all your well wishes about the move for my mom today. I am excited about it, nervous about it, and have a whole range of emotions going on. I do definitely believe, however, that this is what is best; and, I believe she will find the adjustment is not nearly as difficult as right now she fears. She will be so glad to be back with my dad, and this should give her a feeling of having some control of her life back. She really needs that.
Hope you all have a lovely day!

Maryenne - I will think of you marching in Tallahassee on Saturday. I am having trouble with the online signup, but I know where my band is meeting so I will just take my piccolo and go. I hope your new boss works out well. It sounds like an improvement.
Joyce - best wishes for you and your parents in today's transitions.
Renaissance flute workshop and then contra dance tomorrow. I will be too busy to be concerned with the inauguration.
Have a good night all.
