Hello friends
I had a good practice session on Renaissance flutes this morning and then did the tax return for our condo association. Now I have laundry going and will take the dog for another walk.
Tomorrow I am going to help with the collation after my friend's funeral. It takes a while to accept a sudden death. Her granddaughter just had her Bat Mitzvah ceremony. I am glad she got to be part of it.

Good afternoon ladies,
DH's cousin that was just dismissed from the hospital received a quilt of valor (sp) this morning for his service in the Air Force. He retired after 20 years as a colonial. He was totally surprised and we were honored to be present.
Now we are back at the resort relaxing for a while. It is trying to rain some, not heavy, just enough to make and keep everything wet. We need to decide what we want to do. We have things planned in the parks for tomorrow but not today.

Hello all
We drove to MA today. We will be here for the weekend. There are new challenges as the porch is being worked on. We are waiting for a new door, new windows and an insulation estimate.
The drive was good, the weather has been great for the last couple of days.
There's still snow on the ground here so I can't get into the garden but I will be able to clean out the garden barrels tomorrow. I may take a trip to the garden center for inspiration.
Esther, you keep so busy! I am glad your flute session went well.
Peg, what a nice tribute to DH's cousin! I am glad you were able to be part of the special event.
