Good morning everyone,
We are off to Epcot later this morning. We have fast passes for Soarin which is one of DH's favorite rides then we have reservations for the Hoop Dee Doo Musical Revue for dinner this evening. After that I hope to go to the Magic Kingdom for a few rides and fireworks. We will see how it goes. We've been overworking our fitbits for that is for sure.

Good Morning
Sounds like you are having a great time in Florida, Peg.
Very busy week at work - but sure makes the day go fast. I have been to the gym after work to ride the recumbent bike. I can only use a few of the exercise machines because Physical therapy warned me not to after my back issues but the bike goes really well. I am a bit burned out on the early morning water exercise so I have not been going to that - should get back to it.
After many days of warm weather, we are heading into a cool spell with rain/sleet in the forecast. We do need the moisture.
I have my lunch packed and ready to go to work.

Peg, it sounds like you are having a great time at Disney! Enjoy!
Janice, I love the recumbent bike, too. My doctor suggested it after some back issues.
Tonight we have a wine dinner featuring the wines from one of my favorite wineries. The location is an old farm that has been converted to a beautiful spot for events, mostly weddings. Our friend is the sommelier there and has introduced a series of events for the winter. It has been very successful.

Good morning all,
It's only 6:45 here. I've kept "home" time on my watch and have used my phone for here time. Yesterday was my free day so I went to the San Diego Zoo and walked a million miles. It is spectacular. I have my final presentation at 8:30 and then off to the airport.

Nothing special going on here. Trying to decide what to cook. I'm so used to cooking for four that I'm having to relearn how to cook for just two. It's kind of nice to be able to go back to some old favorites, however, that I didn't cook with my mom and dad because thought they might be too spicy for them. Trying to get back into the routine of planning menus ahead, and portion control.
