Lynn and I started the thread at the same time.....here is my post.......
Good morning dear friends,
Well after three days of walking over 12,000 steps today we are going to take it easy. DD's flight here from Omaha is running early and we don't have anything planned until we meet them for dinner tonight. I am finally going to do a much needed load of laundry, but just one! I have one leg muscle that is feeling a little strained this morning.
We have really been enjoying ourselves, even the day when it poured rain. I finally cut back on my food intake yesterday and don't feel stuffed anymore, thank goodness!!
Three more days of pure bliss, two days of driving like maniacs, then back to normal day-to-day living with home construction....LOL!!

Good Morning Everyone!
It is cold and sunny here - normal winter weather for a change.
I have the laundry started, floor cleaned, and am about to go for a somewhat overdue nail job. I had a big take out burrito for dinner last night and I ate half of it so I had the other half for breakfast.
I read an interesting article on "endangered food" -- foods of generations of people that are not readily available now and how we are missing out on micronutrients and healthy "gut" because of it. It pointed out that while we may have 150 flavors of ice cream and yogurt - 90% of it is coming from one breed of cow noted for their high production. Very interesting!

Peg, you have been busy on this vacation! Enjoy dinner with the family tonight!
We hate hanging curtains today and picking up some olive oil at the French bistro. Then we will meet a friend for a beer this afternoon. A bit of cleaning and then packing up for the ride back to RI tomorrow. DH and DGD are going to register her car Monday.

Good morning! I slept in this morning until DH brought me a lovely cup of coffee. Soon I will head to the grocery store and the pharmacy to pick up a prescription. On the way, I'll drop some stuff at Goodwill. Later I'll put away the giant basket of laundry that's been waiting since yesterday. No other plans for the weekend. I'm just sorry I can't wear my pajamas to the grocery store, although I did see one young woman wear her pj's at the airport.
