Good morning everyone!
Yesterday was an interesting day as DH showed me a blood blister he had developed on a big toe and we were off to DW's urgent care. They cleaned it and he is now wearing a shoe boot that is supposed help and has an antibiotic cream as well as an antibiotic pill to take. It looked pretty nasty at bed time last night so we will see what it looks like this morning.
DD and family arrived in good shape yesterday and we all had dinner at the Rainforest Cafe. Very good!
We are supposed to meet them in the Magic Kingdom at 1:30. We will see how DH's toe is doing. We may try to rent a scooter for him. He was really bummed last night.

Peg, that is a bummer! I hope the boot and scooter will allow DH to see Minnie, Mickey and all the gang today. Enjoy the day with your family!
I still haven't put away my laundry, but I did go to the grocery store, Goodwill, pharmacy, and made a darned good pan of lasagna, so I guess it all evens out.

Peg, sorry about your DH's foot - hope it is better this morning -- hope boot and scooter keep it from further irritation.
I haven't put the laundry away either -- I will get to that shortly but first a second cup of coffee.
My daughter and I are going on a little road trip later this morning. She wants to look at something out of town so I will ride along.

Peg, I hope DH's toe heals soon. Blood blisters can be awful. The cart will allow him to see the park. Hope it goes well today.
Maryenne, you got a lot done yesterday! The laundry will wait!
Janice, enjoy your road trip.
We are having to postpone our Florida trip. DH's sister called to let us know her DH has had a lung biopsy and won't know the results until next week. His doctor suspects cancer. We are going to wait until they get the determination and they will let us know when to come down. DH is having a hard time, he and his brother in law are close.
So far this morning we have had brilliant sunshine, huge snow flakes and rain/sleet. We are heading back to RI this afternoon.

Peg, hope DH's toe will heal quickly, and not keep him from enjoying the day.
Maryenne, the lasagna sounds good. I am joining you and Janice with some laundry that still needs to be put away.

Lynne, so sorry to hear about your DBIL. Hoping that the biopsy will come back benign, or that at least it will be early enough that treatments are successful. I will keep him and your family in my prayers.
Esther, waving to you this morning. Hope all is going well.
It's a beautiful, sunny day here but cold. We really got a big temperature drop. I plan to finish DD and DSIL's taxes today since I now have all their info. DH and I enjoyed our day out yesterday, and we did find a rental prospect we liked which we made an offer on. Haven't heard back from that yet, so we'll see how it goes. DH would probably be willing to go up a little on our offer, but not a lot since we are buying this for investment rather than to live in ourselves.
