Good morning all ~
Peg, be safe on your drive north today and rest in Atlanta. I know you've done that road before, but a couple of places along I-75 worth stopping for - Ellis Brothers Pecans and Locust Grove. That's where the Noah's Ark Animal Sanctuary is. Lions! Tigers! Bears!
Joyce, I posted the jam recipe on yesterday's thread. It's very easy and delicious. I had jam and crackers for dinner last night. Hope you got out of the house a little yesterday.
Lynn, hope you enjoyed your visit with DD yesterday.
I had an incredibly busy day yesterday with more things piled on towards the end of the day. I felt grumbley all the way home and today I'm going to work hard to have a change in attitude. I have an appointment this morning with the neurologist and then lunch out with a group of co-workers. My vibrations are mostly gone, so that's very good and maybe this will be my last neurology appointment.
Hugs to everyone! Hello Janice and Esther and anyone else I might have missed.
Maryenne

Good morning friends. I had a great visit with DD yesterday. We went for a nice walk and had coffee at a favorite coffee shop. I got some garden clearing done yesterday and even hung the sheets out to dry. Today I have my WW meeting, then off to the craft store to pick up a few things before DS comes over to pick up DGS's birthday present. It looks like rain is in our forecast this afternoon. Maryenne, I hope doctor visit goes well. Your outlook is great. The only thing we can change sometimes is our attitude about things. Remember the song about "Smile and the whole world smiles with you"? Peg, safe travels. Joyce, I hope things are going well for you and your family. Esther and Janice, waving to you! Have a great day! Lynn

Good morning everyone
I have a free day until band rehearsal tonight. Yesterday I spent a lot of time with a family sitting shiva for their mother who died of a heart attack a few days ago. It looks like her husband hasn't really taken it in yet. I went to morning and evening services with them.
I am going to work on my taxes and call my doctor about getting a cortisone shot for the pain in my back and legs. The pain is wearing me down so that I spend way too much time in bed.
Have a good day everyone.
Peg , happy travels.
