Good morning all!
Peg, I hope you are enjoying your family! Lynn, you must be in Florida now. Welcome and enjoy this beautiful weather! Joyce, I'm sure you had a wonderful day yesterday at the birthday party. Janice and Esther, hope you are both warm and cozy this morning!
I'm going to the grocery store in a few minutes. I have a long list. My colonoscopy is on Friday and I want to begin a low-fiber diet tomorrow to prepare. I've been reading up on the best things to eat - white, white, white. I normally eat whole grains so none of that this week. No beef, no nuts or fruit with seeds, no broccoli or brussels sprouts, etc. Maybe I'll lose a few pounds this week.
I'll check back later.
Happy Sunday!

Good Morning - heading to sunny and mid 80s today. It is not windy so very pleasant.
About to head out for groceries and my salads for lunches. Going to make a Greek meatloaf with tatzaki sauce. Don't think that is spelled correctly.
Colonoscopy time is never fun -- I have had polyps removed two times so I have to have them fairly frequently. I believe they stop at age 75 so maybe I am about done.
Have a good day everyone.
Janice

Good morning to all
Maryenne - I hope everything goes well with the colonoscopy. Those are no fun, but it is a relief when they don't find anything.
My son had one last year. How did he get to be in his 50's? Makes me feel old.
Lynn - enjoy the warm weather in Florida. We are getting a dusting of snow here.
I am going to a concert of medieval music this afternoon that my flute teacher is performing in.
Tuesday I have an appointment for a cortisone shot. I am looking forward to getting some relief from the pain for a while.
Waving to Joyce, Peg and Janice.

Good morning friends. We are in sunny Florida. We spent the night in Jacksonville and are now heading to the Clearwater area to bisit with friends before heading to Naples later. Maryenne, sorry about Lucille 's lengthy car trip to no avail! Isn't it ironic that to prepare for a test that you have to eat the unhealthy stuff that can contribute to the diseases that the test is meant to detect? Joyce, I hope the birthday party was fun. Esther, how did Boston make out with the weather this weekend? DH and I were reminiscing about the recent year when the last of the snow finally melted in July! As bad as this winter has been, at least we have had some melting in between snow falls. But it is time for winter to leave. It has worn out its welcome! Peg, your daughter and family must be there by now. Enjoy the visit. I am sure the kids enjoy the break from school! Waving to Janice. Hope everyone has a great Sunday. Lynn
