Good Monday morning!
I'm feeling much better this morning, although my ear is still a little achey. We are hoping for some rain today - it's very dry here.
It should be a quiet week, part of it prepping for a trip to Tampa next week. But mostly meetings and such.
Hope you all have a great day!

Hi all,
Hope everyone slept better than I did last night. I take a steroid once a week as a part of my cancer maintenance and that was yesterday and I never get much sleep. Tonight on the other hand I should sleep like a baby....fingers crossed. Oh well, the carpet cleaners should be here sometime between 9 and 11 this morning. We will have an appt with the lighting gal for the new house sometime after that. She has been on vacation so I haven't been able to call and met be our appt to the afternoon. The carpet has to get cleaned if we plan to put this house up for sale on Thursday. The nice thing about getting all of the carpet cleaned is that it will force me to hang out in the kitchen/laundry rooms which is the area that I haven't spent much extended time, just bits and pieces. You will all laugh but I get weekly email specials from DH's favorite Italian restaurant. This week's special is for a 3-course meal (salad, main course, and a mini dessert). So we are going out for dinner Thursday to celebrate putting the house on the market.....probably about a fourth of this whole process.....getting it on the market, getting it sold, pack everything, move, and actually unpack......so maybe only a fifth of the process???
Hope everyone has a great Monday. We are going to have a soggy week so we worked in the yard yesterday while it was sunny and warm. DH spread 12 bags of mulch while I planted some pansies and raked the front yard. Our curb appeal went up considerably.
Hugs to all!
Peg

Good morning
Peg, I am amazed at how fast your house sale and building are going. You do so much.
Maryenne, I am glad you are feeling better.
We are having a nice sunny spring day. I took the dog to the park to run around yesterday and everyone was so happy after Saturday 's snowstorm.
Have a good Monday.

Good morning friends. We had a nice drive to RI yesterday. Beautiful sunny weather yesterday and today is mostly sunny. The forecast is for rain tomorrow. Today is a lot of catching up- retrieving mail from the post office, going through it, paying some bills, meal planning, etc. Maryenne, I am glad you are feeling better. Peg, hoping you get a good night's sleep tonight. Esther, it looks like spring has finally arrived here in New England! I have a few daffodils in my front garden. Have a great day! Waving to Janice and Joyce. Lynn

Good morning everyone! Maryenne, we're having rain here today. I'll box some up and send it to you. Peg, like everyone else I am amazed at how much you get done and how quickly your move is progressing. The dinner out to celebrate on Thursday sounds like a great idea. Esther, it's good you are getting some sunshine after all the snow. I know you must be more than ready for spring. Lynn, as much as you have enjoyed your trip I expect it will feel good to get back home and into a routine. At least it always feels good to me to do that, yet I really enjoy traveling. Janice, hope all is going well for you. Any bluegrass festivals this weekend? It is a rainy, yucky day here, but yesterday was beautiful. Since the weather is so yucky I don't plan to get out of the house other than to go visit my mom and dad this afternoon. Looks like a good day to get caught up on some paperwork if that's possible. Seems like there's always paperwork that needs doing. Have a lovely day everyone!
