Joyce, I hope your outpatient surgery went well yesterday.
Hurray for Peg! Amazing how quickly your house sold -- your hard work definitely paid off.
Janice, I hope you were able to rest well after the crazy tax day.
Esther and Lynn, hope all is well with you.
Now I've got to jump into the shower and go. No big things today, but happy for yoga tonight.

DH is slowly getting better. He has to get another chest X-ray in a couple of weeks.

Good morning dear friends!
Yesterday was a quiet day and I enjoyed sitting on the deck with a Diet Coke and my adult dot-to-dot book. Our weather has been great for deck sitting. This afternoon we will go pick out our granite slab and then finalize our appliance order. That will be it for today too, we aren't worrying about any moving stuff until next week after we have visited with DD's family in Omaha. We are leaving tomorrow after lunch then returning Monday.....a few days away enjoying 2 baseball games and 3 soccer games with the DGSs.
I don't remember if I've mentioned that my upper back/neck started hurting last Thursday night. Anyway, lots of ice packs some heat plus Tylenol/Ibuprofen and it is lots better......another reason why I've been relaxing too. I will see what the dr says next Tuesday.

Peg - Congratulations on selling your house. That must be a big relief. You deserve a rest now.
Janice - Your tax day sounded awful. I am sure you are glad it is over.
Lynn - I hope your DH is better.
Joyce - I hope your surgery went well.
The back doctor found a pelvic cyst on my MRI and sent me for a pelvic ultrasound test. I have a 5 week wait to see the gynecologist to see how serious that is. I also started 6 weeks of PT yesterday. I am hoping that will help with the back pain.
My brother was readmitted to the hospital. They are very unhappy with him being there because he has no health insurance. He has not been willing to buy it in the past. I don't know where we go from here. Some of this stuff requires his cooperation. They didn't tell me he was readmitted and I didn't know where he was for a couple of days.
I am going to see him later today.

Good morning everyone! Hope the day is going well for each of you.
I did not have the cyst removed yesterday. The doctor was called in for an emergency surgery that was evidently quite serious and required almost the entire day. So it is rescheduled for this afternoon.
