Good morning friends. It's Tuesday, it's raining in RI! Today's plan includes WW meeting , trip to the transfer station to drop off the recycling, coffee with DSis, pick up DH's truck from the repair shop, waiting to hear the results of the chest X-ray and talking to the insurance adjuster. I would love to get a trip to the library in, but it depends on the timing of the truck pick up and if we need to see the doctor today. Peg, the house looks great! Safe travels Maryenne. Have a great day. I will try to get back later. Lynn

Good morning
Rain here. I was hoping to paint the front steps. I'll have to wait until tomorrow. I am in cleanup mode this week since my book group is meeting here on Saturday. I installed a new printer yesterday. It had a paper jam and I can't convince it that the jammed paper is gone. I also need to get a new email service since mine is ending soon. Tonight is PT. I hope it helps my back. I'm not sure which pain is from which problem. It will all get sorted out eventually.
I hope everyone has a good day.

Handy man just arrived as scheduled. This is a company that has a variety of workers that each appear to have a speciality and they are really great hardworking guys.
This morning I have a haircut so DH will hold down the fort. I will run a few errands while I am out too.
I fixed the turkey for our dinner last night along with fresh asparagus and mashed potatoes. DH made gravy which he hasn't done in a very long time. We finished off our meal with fresh strawberries over Angel food cake.....it was a totally yummy meal. The turkey was only 10 lbs, so tender, and now we will have turkey sandwiches for a few days. Can you tell I've started the process of emptying our chest freezer. I have two pork roasts so I'll get to one of those in a few days. I want everything out of the freezer by Sunday, June 4, if at all possible so it will have a week to totally dry out. Lots of frozen blueberries to consume......probably another pie in a couple of weeks. Lots of chicken to use too, not much beef.
Hope everyone has a great day,
Peg

Good morning! Although it's almost mid-day. Nothing special going on here, but it is a beautiful day. You all seem to be busy with lots going on. I've been scheduling a repair for an oven in one of the rental properties this morning, paying monthly bills for my mom and dad, etc. Other than that it's a slow day here.
Waving to everyone!

Joyce, a slow day every now and then is a treasure! Esther, I get so frustrated when the computer and printer don't communicate with each other. Have you tried turning them both off for a few minutes and starting them up again? That's my solution for almost anything that's not doing well , including myself! We have not heard from the doctor's office, so I am guessing the X-ray was fine. DH's truck is back and running fine. Have a good evening, off to our end of the season card league banquet. Lynn
