Good morning everyone,
My flight got in at 11:30 last night and by the time I got to bed it was almost 1. Needless to say, I'm moving slowly, but I do need to get to work by 9:30 or so. I'll just bank 7 hours of comp time toward my trip to Buffalo later in May. I don't have any more work trips any time soon.
Esther, hope your pt was helpful last night and that you fixed your printer.
Hope you all have a wonderful day!

Happy Hump Day everyone and welcome home Maryenne,
Our repair man will return this morning. I know he will work today but not sure if he will finish up or not.....the extended time is due to waiting for drywall mud to dry, sand and remud, then paint. He was only actually here for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. I would imagine it will be about the same today. This afternoon we have a moving company coming to give us a quote. I've tentatively reserved a storage unit for our belongings and I have our home owners' insurance taken care of, both current and new. I sure hope I'm thinking of everything. DH is going to contact our TV cable, phone, and nternet provider. We still have paint colors to select and dimmers to purchase for the new house. We did go by the new house last night and the garage is filled with boxes of cabinets, etc.....very exciting.
Today our usual lunch group is meeting which should provide a lot of good laughs. Beyond that and getting the moving quote I plan on restarting the packing process. I got book boxes on Monday.
We are finally having a sunshiny day before the rain returns tomorrow through the weekend.
Waving hi to all,
Peg

Good morning all
I am off to baroque ensemble this morning. That is always a treat. I have an appointment with the massage therapist this afternoon.
I do want to get the front steps painted today and tomorrow before the rain comes back.
I turned off the printer and cleaned out the paper path for about the tenth time and it finally decided it wasn't jammed anymore. Success!
Peg - Good luck on your continuing journey towards your new house.
Maryenne - I hope you get some rest.
Happy Hump Day

Good morning friends. Esther, I am glad the printer finally behaved! Peg, it sure sounds like you have thought of everything! Maryenne, welcome home. Routine stuff today. Paying some bills, checking into going to Florida next month for a week, getting some yard work done. I am tempted by all the beautiful flowers in the nurseries, but will resist for a couple of weeks until the danger of frost has passed. I should concentrate on the boring clearing of garden beds, adding compost and raking. But I get so distracted by the beautiful colors of the flowers. I must have garden ADD! Joyce, I hope you enjoyed your relatively quiet day yesterday. Have a great day! Lynn

Good morning everyone!
Maryenne, glad your work trip was successful, but you must be very tired today. Good idea to bank the comp time for your trip.
Peg, you are a really organized person and it sounds like you've got all the bases covered. Hope you will post a picture of the new house when it's ready. Are you going to be in a new subdivision, out in the country, or in an established subdivision?
Esther, enjoy your baroque music this morning, and the massage this afternoon. That sounds like a lovely way to spend the day.
Lynne, we need to get flowers too and get them planted. You never know with our weather because it's not unusual to have a few light freezes even in early May, but it has warmed up so quickly this year that I think we would be safe now.
I have a load of laundry going, and want to do a few more light chores around the house. Then DH and I are going to have lunch out at Zaxby's. Do you have those in your areas? They have a really good salad with chicken strips that I like.
Have a lovely day!
