MADEAFAN’S ENERGY BALLS
Start with a peanut butter base (I use PB2) and add in some honey.
• Mini semi-sweet chocolate chips • dried mixed berries • chia seeds • ground flax seed • oatmeal (not instant) • finely chopped nuts • coconut • Nutella • instant coffee or instant espresso • Butterscotch chips • coarsely ground sea salt • Brewer’s yeast for nursing moms
Mix together, Eyeball the amounts and make it so it will stick together w/out being too gooey. Roll into balls and refrigerate overnight to firm up.
