If you are posting from amazon photos: don't do what they say you should do. That will only give you a link you can email to someone. What you should do: open the photo on Amazon photos right click on the photo to bring up the menu click on Copy Image Address switch to NGDT click on the spot you want to insert the photo in your post, click on the image inserter button along the top (8th from the right) and then type CTRL-v to paste the copied address. finish your post and click on Create Post Holand, maybe this is because I'm using a laptop and not a mobile device, but I do not get an option for Copy Image Address. I get open in new window, open in new tab, copy link, etc.

maybe this is because I'm using a laptop and not a mobile device, but I do not get an option for Copy Image Address. I was doing it on a laptop, if I'm on a phone I use tapatalk (and i only use tapatalk to post photos on here and then I go back to the net) but I can't check it as I can't remember whose amazon photo account I figured this out on. If you want to email me the link to a photo, I'd be willing to figure this out again though. I'm headed out to go dig a few more things in the yard but I'll be back...

It just worked for me,
so double click on your photo to open it, then right click on it, click on 'copy image address'. Come back here, go to where you want to post and click to select the spot but then click on the image inserter button in the menu at the top of the reply box (looks like a picture in a frame) then when the menu opens, just do Cntl-V to past the address. THen post.

I'm now on Amazon drive, but when I double click on the picture and then right click in the middle of it, I don't see Copy Image Location. I see Open in New Window, Open in New Tab, Save Target As, Copy Link, Add to Reading List, Ask Cortana about this picture, Save picture as, Share Picture, Select All, Copy.

I don't see a picture here. Just a black box with an x in it.

@happydaze here's what you need to do: click the insert image button, looks like a framed picture, paste the address of the image (https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/48555297247_4d93c4b0d4_m.jpg) into the box "Image URL" and then click the Insert Image button which is also in that pop-up box. And that's it.
