Happy Weekend All!
I am working today and Saturday. That helps me stay on track with my eating.
Normally weekends don't mean that I can eat anything I want. I try to stay on track and control my eating. I guess since I'm kinda retired weekends are just another day of the week.
I had a wonderful credit this morning. DD left some candy out on the kitchen counter. I usually have it way in the back of the cabinet. It would have been so easy for me to eat some, then put it away. In fact, I had opened the container to grab a few pieces, thought about it, and put the jar back in the cabinet. Yay for me!

Thursday credits:
Weighed - up 0.6 lb. Read new posts, posted Strength& flexibility exercises Tracked Ate sitting, mindfully Wrote plan for today
DH and I always have pizza/wine night on Friday. However, Saturday we need to drive to SFO airport to get our pre-flight Covid test in order to fly to Maui on Tuesday. Has to be 72 hours ahead of time, no testing places besides the ones the airline has will guarantee that you will get the results in time, and you have to drive to the airport you're flying out of. It is a bit of a long haul there and back, so DH didn't want to be tired out on Saturday. Soooo, we had pizza night last night instead.
Endless story continues: we have been having these frozen pizzas made in Naples, Italy and they are not that filling compared to the local pizzas. Mr. Lani was lobbying to heat up another one, but I held firm on keeping it to one. Long winded credit over!
P.S. Hawaii is requiring a negative test even if you are fully vaccinated, which we both are.
