especially for sauces. I used to use packets of gravy, taco and chili mixes usually found near the spices at the grocer but many are too salty for us now. Any scratch cooks put there who throw together sloppy Joe mix, taco seasonings etc
Any full low sodium recipes appreciated...

Asian sauces--I usually mix soy sauce, bouillon and cornstarch for that. seeking better.
DH likes hollandaise also--but it has hi fat content.
Any cheese sauce that I can lower salt on...

Other than reduced sodium soy....Asian sauces are just high in sodium. Nature of the beast.
