I was out of town for awhile and my eating was not on track. I gained back what I'd lost since the wedding 3 months ago. So back at it. Read cards, will rescan book for refresh. Heading to farm stand and planning great meals with only fruits for dessert.

Read new posts, posted Worked out - usual plus 1/2 hour cardio and vacuumed whole house minus basement Tracked Ate sitting except for some cookie crumbs when I was cutting the cookie into 4ths, even ate the crumbs mindfully, I say! Wrote plan for today

I exercised yesterday and will do so again but I had a bout of insomnia last night. So I'm tired. It is peculiar - the tiredness I get from not sleeping enough is different from physical fatigue like I felt on Friday.

ermabom, like for the credits - boo for the insomnia. I had the new Covid shot yesterday morning so I was not as compliant with my Becking rules, I fear. This was the least amount of side effects for any of the vaxxes, but still was spacey, a bit tired, a bit of a headache. Still feel a little like my head is stuffed with cotton this AM. More coffee! ermabom, they're coming back! Saturday credits: Weighed - up 0.6 lb. Improvement still needed. Read new posts, posted Meditated - got my first good session in since my recent vax on Wed. Had mini-brain fog and couldn't get a good connection. Tracked Strength & flexibility exercises. Forgot to give myself credit for cardio on Friday. Ended day 440 calories under plan. Getting a bit worried about weight creep. My plan is a generous 1900 a day, so it's not like I'm starving myself when I go way under. Tolerated hunger - haven't done that in a while Ate sitting, mindfully Wrote today's plan
