Got back from nearly 2 weeks in Europe and was surprised and pleased that I am down a bit from before we went but I need to get serious about the 5# I gained almost 6 months ago (with -3 +3 along the way). I'm on a two-day streak of no after-supper snacking and have been more cognizant of eating dinner mindfully and slowly.
Read ARCs, planned meals for next few days, walked per usual.

I focused on card reading yesterday and managed tor read my ARC at least once and another card. I didn't log food but will do so today - yesterday's and today

Extended my no-eating-after-dinner streak to 3k even in the face of cookies served - several rounds - at my book group last night. Will go read ARCS and have already prepped veggies for dinner. Got apples at a local orchard yesterday so my midday snack is handy.

Hello! Work travel was a little rough but I went right back to normal when I returned.

Yesterday ended up being a crazy day as we had to drive to Queens to pick up cabinets for our basement. The delivery cost was too high compared to the cost of the cabinets.
I stayed away from sweets when we got lunch there.

Monday - same except down 0.4 lb. Tuesday - same, weight down 1.2 lbs. Didn't really plan for Wed. dinner as dining out. Wednesday, weight up 0.2 lb. Didn't read, post, or plan. Did all the other usual things.

Thursday credits: Weighed - up 1.2 lbs. But didn't weigh until after coffee, water and breakfast at hotel. Usually weigh first thing in AM, naked and after using toilet. Read new posts, posted (on another thread) Tracked Strength & flexibility exercises Ate sitting, mindfully Wrote plan for Friday Friday credits: Same as Thurs., weight up another 0.4 lb. It's been a high calorie, low exercise kind of week.

Credits for Monday: Ate lightly at lunch because I wasn't hungry
I'm in the middle of trying to finish up a bunch of things before Thanksgiving. Along with this, I have volunteer work next week and Election Day, my cleaning lady is having surgery so can't come and clean. As a result, the next three weeks are going to be nuts. I also have medical appointments. I am having a number of guests over for Thanksgiving so I have to do a deep clean before that.
Yesterday, my exercise time was taken up by voting and grocery shopping.
