I used the 7 question technique over the weekend and made some changes to a couple of cards.
The Food pusher and eating out are not really problems for me any more.

Feels like maybe everyone is caught up in holiday prep. Remember that when the whole thing is too much, go back to a few basics like eating seated and mindfully, reading your arc, and watching out for all or nothing thinking!
